Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to lead the strategy and roadmap of our CV Platform. You will own end-to-end product definition, collaborate with internal leaders, and drive the adoption of scalable AI infrastructure across the portfolio.

You will oversee model lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and define success metrics like adoption, performance, and cost efficiency, while partnering with product teams to deliver enterprise CV

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management in platform/AI/ML.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, production ML pipelines, CV algorithms, or ML/data-oriented software engineering.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with metrics (KPIs/OKRs).

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to define platform requirements (APIs, capabilities, scalability).
• Own lifecycle for central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure from ideation to deployment and deprecation.
• Define metrics and monitor platform adoption, performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct market and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and build-vs-buy choices.
