Job summary

Hitachi Vantara invites a senior leader to own the strategy, governance, and commercial success of the company’s support portfolio. You will define differentiated offerings, drive pricing discipline, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to maximize customer value and margin.

You will lead cross-functional teams to craft compelling market messaging, bundle strategies, and lifecycle governance, ensuring offerings remain competitive and financially sound.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management, services portfolio management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of support business models, pricing, and margin management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Support, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations.
• Experience building business cases, roadmaps, pricing strategies, and executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall support portfolio strategy, including offer design and pricing governance.
• Lead cross-functional governance for new offers, product introductions, and portfolio lifecycle decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Sales to optimize portfolio economics and messaging.
• Drive adoption, retention, and margin performance through differentiated value propositions.
