Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience in tech/SaaS/data management.
• Demonstrated ability to create org structures that meet corporate goals.
• Deep expertise in managing day-to-day sales metrics and CRM infrastructure.
• Data-driven mindset to optimize team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thought leadership and align initiatives with enterprise data solution roadmap.
• Forecast long-term revenue with executive leadership and adjust strategies as needed.
• Coach reps daily, run pipeline reviews, and drive high-velocity execution.
• Build, standardize, and scale lead generation, dialer cadences, and lead scoring.
