Qualifications

• 10+ years in Decision Science or related field.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills.
• Strong statistics and advanced analytics expertise.
• Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data experience.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT and databases.
• Able to translate business problems into analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide sizing for growth opportunities using internal data.
