Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Principal-level SRE/Backend Engineer to help scale our AI-driven supply chain platform across global environments.

You will own reliability, observability, and AI-ops, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions using Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud services.

This is a senior role with autonomy, expecting you to own issues end-to-end and partner with product, security, and data teams to deliver high-availability systems.

Formación

• 9+ years in SRE/Production Eng or Backend Eng
• Experience scaling products through high-growth phases
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability roadmap for major product areas.
• Provide expert guidance to steer technical direction.
• Mentor LMTS/SMTS and set high technical standards.
• Maintain and evolve infrastructure-as-code.
• Scale AI/ML infrastructure with real-time data pipelines.
• Lead production observability and incident-prevention tooling.
• Deep-dive into SQL optimization and API latency.
• Use AI tools to automate routine ops tasks.
