PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to join our US-based team.

You will be the technical face of PagerDuty across enterprise opportunities, shaping digital operations and AI-powered resilience for C-suite executives. You will bridge customer strategy with product roadmaps, evangelize PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor sales engineers, and champion AI/ops maturity, SRE, and cloud migration in high-impact engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS, DevOps, or Cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives at Fortune 500 or equivalent global enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with a solid grasp of sales processes and customer buying journeys.
• Deep domain expertise in at least three of: Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native Architectures, ITSM/ITIL, or Cybersecurity Incident Response.
• Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Act as a peer and advisor to customer CTOs and CIOs, helping them navigate complex digital transformations.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at major industry events and through digital content.
• Partner with Global Product and Engineering leadership to represent US market requirements in the roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight and executive presence for complex enterprise opportunities across the US.
• Foster a local DevOps/SRE community and share best practices on operational excellence and AI ethics.
• Stay ahead of market shifts and technical trends PagerDuty can capitalize on.
