PagerDuty in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Consulting to lead the North America presales organization. You will shape strategy, guide solution architects, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to maximize revenue retention and customer success.

You will build scalable playbooks, mentor a high-performing team, and drive innovation in AI-powered tools and reference architectures for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive growth in technical sales roles with at least 3 years in a senior-level people management role.
• Proven track record partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue across diverse customers and technologies.
• Experience selling SaaS/Cloud tech to IT Operations, Engineering, or CTO offices; knowledge of cloud infra, DevOps/SRE, APIs, and observability.

Responsibilities

• You define the vision for the North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering org, spanning solutions architects and demo engineers, across segments.
• You represent Customer Engineering, partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to drive product direction, customer success, and net revenue retention.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks; establish a Global Center of Excellence for demo engineering standards and POV methodologies.
• You hire outstanding people and mentor career development within the team.
• You inspire the team with coaching to support growth and mission delivery.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize for effectiveness and efficiency in deals and POVs.
• You manage POVs closely to maximize value and communicate outcomes; design reference architectures for strategic pursuits.
• You own the full customer journey, protecting and growing net revenue retention and surfacing expansion opportunities.
• You drive an innovation mindset with AI-powered tools to scale repeatable sales motions and reduce costs.
