Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive complex IT solutions from discovery through delivery. The role requires aligning strategic customer needs with technical execution while guiding delivery teams across multiple stakeholders.

Located in Hanover, MD, this fully remote position offers significant responsibility and opportunities to shape scalable services within TEKsystems Global Services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in information technology and professional services with enterprise integration experience.
• Deep and broad technical expertise in solution development and delivery.
• Experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders and managing complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' strategic business and technical requirements.
• Lead internal delivery teams and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Develop sound solutions balancing cost and risk with stakeholders.
• Manage knowledge transfer from sales to delivery and track risks.
• Oversee solution change control and address delivery escalations.
• Mentor and develop project teams (3 to >15 members).
