TEKsystems seeks a Senior Developer to drive end-to-end web solutions for a dynamic client portfolio. You will guide back-end and front-end development, mentor team members, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, high-performing sites.

The role emphasizes leadership on projects, strong Sitecore/SitecoreAI usage, and experience with modern CMS systems. Remote work is available U.S. and Canada, with Dallas as a listed location.

Qualifications

• Agency or consultancy experience with at least 3 years.
• Expert in .NET MVC, ASP.NET with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3 (SASS) with at least 3 years.
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.JS, and frameworks (Vue.JS/React) with at least 3 years.
• Experience with Git with at least 3 years.
• Understanding of enterprise software development best practices (3+ years).
• Experience with MongoDB and SQL Server (at least 1 year).
• Broad knowledge of browsers/devices.
• Experience with DevOps tooling and management.
• Expertise with Sitecore / SitecoreAI (3+ years).
• Extensive use of other modern CMS systems (WordPress, Drupal, Adobe AEM, or similar) (3+ years).
• Experience in reviewing and handling complex support issues (3+ years).
• Experience with headless architectures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation, testing, and support of web-based projects.
• Engineer solutions for performance, maintainability, and efficiency, and create great end-user experiences.
• Lead testing processes and provide issue fixes as needed.
• Reduce technical debt and optimize applications; plan feature improvements.
• Leverage .NET MVC, Sitecore, and web performance tools in projects.
• Mentor new Technology team members and lead other developers on web solutions.
• Lead on projects and consult with high-profile clients on scope and delivery.
