TEKsystems is seeking a Solution Architect to lead multi-opportunity engagements from North America. This permanent, fully remote role is based out of Dallas, TX, and requires deep experience in solution design, costing, and stakeholder collaboration across sales, delivery, and practice groups.

The role emphasizes managing complex programs, ensuring project success, and driving profitable outcomes while mentoring team members and coordinating across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 15+ years IT services or professional services experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and teams.
• Experience delivering solution-based managed services and contract attributes.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate into solution design and costing.
• Assemble and coordinate delivery teams including practice and account members.
• Manage risk, issues, and change control across engagements.
• Develop and execute account strategy with internal stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and ensure profitability of engagements.
