TEKsystems is seeking a Delivery Lead for TEKsystems Global Services to support multiple customer engagements. The role is remote with PST time zone requirement and Phoenix preference, with limited travel.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proven skills in project management or acting as a Scrum Master. This position emphasizes collaboration and proactive engagement with stakeholders across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language).

• People management skills.
• Experience in project management fundamentals or as an acting Scrum Master.
• Exposure to professional services agreements including the change management.
• Exposure to IT Managed Services, project management classes, and other IT certifications.
• Demonstrated project risk analysis and mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans & Aligns: Understands customer expectations and technical requirements for the work to be delivered.
• Customer Focus: Manages customer requirements to ensure contract compliance
• Consultant Care: Builds strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Ensures Accountability: Conducts regular checkpoints with customers, engagement teams, and solutions teams.
• Documentation: Documents and communicates processes and procedures to all stakeholders.
• Manages Ambiguity: Collaborates with team members to manage risk, engagement scope, and deliver according to contract terms.
• Financial Reporting: Consolidates engagement status and budget information across portfolios.
• Risk/Issue Resolution: Manages issues and facilitates resolution, notifying all affected.
