You will lead technical direction across teams, build prototypes, and run experiments to validate architectural ideas with real data. This role emphasizes craft, collaboration, and delivering durable, scalable platforms for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
• Strong experience building and running large-scale distributed systems: workflow engines, integration platforms, data-heavy products, or cloud infrastructure.
• Solid grasp of system design for scale, reliability, observability, and production readiness.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and building reusable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical direction across the portfolio with product and engineering leads.
• Build prototypes and reference implementations to prove architectural ideas.
• Test ideas with experiments and data, shaping direction based on results.
• Move workflow capabilities toward AI-native patterns and agentic execution at scale.
• Identify and fix gaps in architecture, data, UX, or cost model to deliver real value.
• Document patterns and tradeoffs to enable reuse across teams.
• Participate in design reviews and help teams balance speed with long-term durability.
• Share effective patterns across engineering teams.
