The ideal candidate brings deep Finance domain expertise, hands-on ERP integration experience (SAP S/4HANA or Dynamics 365), data management, and AI-enabled automation, partnering with Finance stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions.
• ERP implementation experience across large-scale platforms.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance solutions across core processes (R2R, O2C, GL, AR, FA, Tax, Intercompany).
• Define business requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions with standardization.
• Provide functional leadership through design reviews and harmonization initiatives.
• Translate requirements into functional, technical, integration, and data specs.
• Drive end-to-end testing, SIT/UAT governance, and go-live readiness.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation across Finance processes.
