UKG seeks a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead enterprise Finance solutions across global ERP processes. You will own design, integration, data management, and AI-enabled automation, partnering with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions that transform finance operations.

The role requires deep Finance process knowledge, ERP experience, and a track record of leading large-scale international programs.

Qualifications

10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and transformations.
Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 in global programs.
Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, and data management.
Experience leading data migration, reconciliation, testing, and QA for large ERP programs.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end Finance solution design and implementation across R2R, O2C, GL, AR, AP, tax, and intercompany areas.
Provide functional leadership through reviews, harmonization, and transformation programs.
Translate requirements into technical, integration, and data specs; drive governance.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Architecture, and Engineering to deliver outcomes.
Drive AI-enabled automation and governance across ERP ecosystems.
Manage stakeholder alignment across global and regional leaders.
