Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead enterprise Finance solutions across global platforms, with deep expertise in Finance processes and ERP integrations. This role partners with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality ERP solutions for transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP implementations.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, system integrations, and financial data management.
Experience leading data migration, reconciliation, testing, and QA for large ERP programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Finance solutions across core Finance processes including R2R, O2C, GL, AR, Asset Accounting, Tax, and Intercompany Accounting.
Partner with Finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and global standardization.
Provide functional leadership through design reviews, harmonization initiatives, and Finance transformation programs.
Translate Finance requirements into functional, technical, integration, and data specifications; collaborate across teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions.
Lead data migration, validation, cutover, testing, and post go-live stabilization.
