Job summary
UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise Finance solutions within a global environment.
The role focuses on ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365), data migration, AI-enabled automation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP programs.
- Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, data management.
- Experience leading data migration, testing, and QA for large ERP programs.
- Ability to collaborate across Finance, Product, Architecture, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Finance solutions across R2R, O2C, GL, AR, tax, intercompany.
- Partner with Finance to define requirements and standardize processes.
- Direct data migration, validation, cutover, and governance.
- Drive AI-enabled automation and integration with ERP systems.
- Provide leadership through design reviews and cross-team coordination.
