You will mentor engineers, champion automation, and guide technology evaluations, ensuring long-term maintainability and cloud-native practices across Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep expertise in modern application architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Mentor senior and lead engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade systems and multiple platforms.
• Drive technical strategy, best practices, and innovation for long-term scalability.
• Act as a key decision-maker in technology evaluations, design patterns, and engineering practices.
• Partner with product, infrastructure, security, and other stakeholders to align engineering with strategic goals.
• Mentor senior and lead engineers to cultivate excellence and ownership.
• Solve complex technical challenges involving large-scale data and distributed systems.
• Champion automation, cloud-native development, and observability at the enterprise level.
• Represent engineering in executive planning and cross-team initiatives.
