Voya Financial is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a major enterprise cloud migration and data center exit program within the EPMO. You will partner with technology and business leaders to translate complex plans into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

The role requires senior program management, strategic planning, governance routines, and executive reporting, with a focus on delivering secure, compliant cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and other providers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale cloud migration or enterprise transformation programs.
• Demonstrated senior program management with governance, budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for enterprise cloud migration and data center exit programs.
• Develop and manage integrated program roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, risks, and financials.
• Partner with EPMO leadership and stakeholders to set governance, escalation, and delivery expectations.
• Drive migrations from design to production readiness and post‑migration support.
• Coordinate across application, infrastructure, cloud engineering, security, and operations teams.
