As Director of Engineering, you will translate enterprise priorities into scalable technology roadmaps and bridge business strategy with engineering execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver on integrated journeys for advisors, plan sponsors, employers, and individual investors, driving client value and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology, product, strategy, or engineering leadership.
• Experience leading large digital platform or CX initiatives.
• Experience in highly regulated financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with growth priorities.
• Lead the 'One Front Door' strategy delivering a unified client experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Business leaders.
• Drive AI-native transformations across client lifecycle.
• Define success metrics and governance for roadmaps.
• Present roadmap recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build consensus among matrixed stakeholders.
