Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in a technical leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in modern application architecture and cloud platforms.
• Proven mentoring of senior and lead engineers.
• Strong communication and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade systems.
• Drive technical strategy, best practices and innovation across teams.
• Act as a key decision-maker in technology evaluations, design patterns, and engineering practices.
• Partner with product, infrastructure, security and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with strategic goals.
• Mentor senior and lead engineers, cultivating a culture of excellence and ownership.
• Solve complex technical challenges involving large-scale data and distributed systems.
• Champion automation, cloud-native development, and observability at the enterprise level.
• Represent engineering in executive planning and cross-team initiatives.
