Job summary

Voya Financial seeks a Senior Network Architect to design, govern, and modernize enterprise network and datacenter architecture. You will work across Azure, OCI, on‑prem, SD‑WAN, and security, guiding multi‑region, high‑availability initiatives with CCIE‑level expertise.

You’ll lead complex initiatives, mentor teams, and align network strategy with business goals while advancing automation and zero‑trust principles in a dynamic finance environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture.
• Expert‑level knowledge of routing, switching, and datacenter networking (BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, MPLS, QoS, multicast).
• Hands-on with SD‑WAN (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet, Versa).
• Strong automation and IaC experience (Terraform, Ansible, Python).
• Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise network and datacenter architectures for hybrid cloud and multi-region environments.
• Architect Azure networking solutions including VNets, ExpressRoute, vWAN, and cross‑region connectivity.
• Lead SD‑WAN architecture and policy design across global sites; ensure security and high availability.
• Oversee implementation of complex network solutions across cloud, datacenter, and edge environments.
