Job summary

Foundation Health is seeking a Senior IC to own architecture across multiple product areas in a remote-first US environment. You’ll design scalable systems for enterprise healthcare AI, including voice/SMS agent workflows and tight EHR integrations, built to support 10–100x growth without rewrites.

You’ll work directly with our VP of Engineering and CEO, delivering practical, hands-on AI solutions and leading by example rather than management by committee.

Qualifications

• Built serious systems with your own hands and demonstrated hands-on coding.
• Operated at Staff+ level with architectural decisions used company-wide.
• Hands-on AI experience deploying LLMs in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture across multiple product areas, designing scalable systems.
