Job summary

10X Health System is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to shape the end-to-end architecture from business intent to deployable specifications. You will prove designs with working code and deliver the first reference implementations before teams take over.

You will own the technology roadmap across web, cloud, integrations, and mobile, coordinating with executives and engineers to keep a coherent platform and secure, scalable health-tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on architecture.
• Proven track record taking initiatives from concept to production.
• Cloud, APIs, microservices, and scalable architecture expertise.
• Experience shipping production mobile apps with web/back-end systems.
• Detail-oriented specifications driving spec-first development.
• Shaping technology roadmaps across multiple products or initiatives.
• Hands-on AI feature delivery, agentic workflows, or RAG pipelines.
• Using AI coding agents in real engineering work, including MCP integrations.
• Healthcare or health-tech SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design from business intent to product and system architecture.
• Prove architecture in code via reference implementations and riskiest slices.
• Produce granular, development-ready specifications for teams and AI agents.
• Own product and system architecture across platforms and revenues.
• Maintain the technology roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Design integrations across SaaS platforms, labs, and data systems.
• Set architectural direction for mobile, web, and cloud platforms.
