Qualifications

- Experience with ServiceNow platform, governance, and integrations.
- Proven ability to translate requirements into architecture and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and development for ServiceNow.
- Define Architecture & Platform Strategy.
- Own Integration & Enterprise Architecture Patterns.
- Enable lifecycle decisions (rationalization, modernization, retirement).
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations in Agile/Scrum.
- Establish Platform Governance & Engineering Standards.
- Ensure quality, performance & reliability across deployments.
