Job summary

Providence is seeking a Service Engineer for the ServiceNow team to design, operate, and improve enterprise-scale services that empower caregivers. You will guide architecture decisions, lead lifecycle governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, cost-efficient platforms.

Hybrid work is available within 65 miles of Redmond, WA. You will own platform strategy, governance, and performance, partnering with architects, developers, and operations teams to ensure production-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
• 8+ years related experience
• Experience in deployment, recovery or automated processes
• Experience with n-tier solutions
• Experience with resilience modeling and outages simulation
• Ability to translate requirements into service architecture
• Experience leading backlog discussions and prioritization
• Experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize work

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and development for ServiceNow
• Define Architecture & Platform Strategy
• Own Integration & Enterprise Architecture Patterns
• Enable application lifecycle decisions (rationalization, modernization, retirement)
