Providence is looking for a Principal Service Engineer to lead the ServiceNow platform in Portland, Oregon. In this hybrid role, you will shape the vision and roadmap while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-performance solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 8+ years of experience in service engineering, with robust skills in automation and service architecture design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in service engineering.
• Strong experience in automation of deployment, recovery, or man­ual processes.
• Experience translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and development for ServiceNow.
• Define Architecture & Platform Strategy.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams using Agile/Scrum.
