United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer (STARSHIELD SILICON) to develop next-generation RFICs for space and ground infrastructures. You will design, simulate and verify RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits across SiGe, GaAs, GaN, or CMOS platforms, coordinating with architects and ASIC teams to optimize hardware and software partitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or computer science.
• 8+ years of professional RFIC experience.
• Experience with RF/analog/mixed-signal circuit design and verification.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.
• Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits.
• Develop analog/mixed-signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe, GaAs, GaN, or CMOS processes.
• Collaborate with system architects, modem/DSP and ASIC engineers on hardware/software partitioning.
• Perform IC floor planning and layout.
• Own packaging prototypes and production release; model parasitics.
• Evaluate and characterize prototypes; assist in automated test equipment development.
• Support production testing and qualification of RFIC components and systems.
