SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer (Starshield Silicon) to lead advanced RFIC development for space and ground infrastructure, collaborating with system architects and ASIC teams.

You will design and verify RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits across SiGe, GaAs, GaN or CMOS, derive specs, and guide packaging, testing, and production. Requires 8+ years RFIC experience and a BS; MS/PhD preferred; travel and potential clearance; compensation ranges with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in EE/CE/CS.
• 8+ years of RFIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.
• Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits.
• Develop analog/mixed-signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe, GaAs, GaN or CMOS.
• Own packaging prototypes, product development, and release to production; model parasitics.
