Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional RF integrated circuit experience.
• Experience designing RF/mixed-signal circuits and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and model RF circuits.
• Evaluate and characterize prototypes of the design.
• Work with system architects and DSP engineers.

Skills

RF integrated circuit experience

Circuit design skills

Simulation tools (Spectre, ADS, HFSS)

Knowledge of digital communication systems

Understanding of RF transceiver architectures

Education

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
