Qualifications

• PhD in a related technical field required.
• 8+ years hands-on semiconductor R&D in cleanroom.
• Expertise in BEOL processing or wafer-level packaging.
• Hands-on metallization, dielectric integration, interconnect development.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary R&D teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead next-generation interconnect and packaging R&D as Principal Investigator.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned to product strategies.
• Lead funded programs, proposal development, and execution.
• Provide technical project leadership with planning and risk management.
• Drive process ideation and development for wafer-level packaging.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with technicians.
• Communicate status and results to leadership and customers.
• Generate IP and invention disclosures.
