We seek a Principal Recruiter to join our team! After achieving profitability in early 2024, our ambitious goal is to scale from 5M to 50M customers and reach a $10B valuation. We prioritize high-caliber talent, building a small, efficient team that allows us to stay agile and ambitious. Recruiters at Jerry play a crucial role in elevating our organizational talent density, ensuring each hire maintains our high standards.
Reporting to a cofounder, you will partner with senior leaders to lead impactful searches across R&D, GTM, and G&A, including leadership roles. You will refine interview questions to assess candidates thoroughly, focusing on evidence of high performance and traits critical to success at Jerry. You will own senior-level searches across various functions in the U.S. and Canada and support the development of junior team members through coaching and training contributions.
