As a Lead Recruiter, you will join a team of 18 talent acquisition professionals and take ownership of full-cycle recruitment—from role intake to offer acceptance—for positions within our Marketing & Communications and Music, Sports, and Entertainment (MSE) capabilities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and recruiting top marketing and communications professionals who are passionate about driving brand awareness, partnerships, and strategic messaging that advances Stand Together’s mission.


How You Will Contribute
  1. Work directly with hiring leaders on the MarComms and MSE team to understand job requirements and vision, write job descriptions, build recruitment strategies, and execute the full-cycle recruitment process.
  2. Manage multiple concurrent searches while consistently prioritizing roles and candidates based on impact.
  3. Conduct behavioral and skillset-based interviews to assess knowledge, skills, and values.
  4. Use an array of tools (including Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter) and strategies to source and screen top talent.
  5. Engage in outbound sourcing to find and attract talent for nuanced and hard-to-fill roles.
  6. Lead a high-touch candidate and hiring team experience through effective communication to set expectations and build meaningful relationships toward successful placements.
  7. Build a deep understanding of business strategy and goals to serve as an expert ‘match-maker’ for talent and opportunities.
  8. Leverage market knowledge and insights to make strategic recommendations on candidates and recruitment approach.
  9. Identify ways to innovate with the screening process and candidate experience.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruiting activities.
What You Will Bring
  1. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sales/business development, or a similar role.

  3. Creative sourcing and outreach skills, with a love of the hunt.
  4. A deep sense of responsibility for providing a top-notch experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Experience working directly with hiring leaders to translate needs into effective searches.
  6. Judgment in driving strategic recommendations and closing candidates from application to offer.
  7. Executive presence and comfort working with leaders at all levels.
  8. High business acumen and economic thinking for well-informed hiring and compensation decisions.
  9. Ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external partners.
