LifeBridge Surrogacy is a leading, female-owned surrogacy agency proudly based in California and serving intended parents worldwide. We are known for our compassionate case management, ethical practices, and deep commitment to both surrogates and families. As we expand rapidly across multiple U.S. states, we are seeking experienced and self-driven recruiters to join our elite team.
As a Senior Surrogacy Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and guiding qualified surrogate candidates throughout the intake process. You will play a crucial role in building and sustaining our surrogate pipeline by leveraging your network, communication skills, and industry knowledge.
This role is commission-based, with high earnings potential, flexible hours, and full autonomy. You’ll receive agency-level support, internal tools, and active case manager coordination to help you succeed.
Source, attract, and screen prospective gestational carriers across the U.S.
Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate eligibility, and ensure compliance with medical/legal standards
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-up communications, and application progress
Guide surrogates through the early stages of the journey with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with the intake team, legal advisors, and medical partners to ensure smooth transitions
Build and manage your own referral or sub-agent network (optional)
2+ years of experience in surrogacy recruitment (agency, independent, or clinic-based)
Strong understanding of surrogacy eligibility requirements, industry ethics, and screening best practices
Proven ability to build relationships with potential surrogates and maintain trust throughout the process
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Fluent in English; Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin is a plus
Knowledge of HIPAA, medical intake, or CRM systems is a plus
Top-tier commission structure: up to $3,000 per successful surrogate match
Bonus for experienced surrogates and strategic locations (CA/TX/NV/AZ)
