We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Recruiter specializing in Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Care/Account Management, and Sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in these key areas. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $90,000/year to $120,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
