Job summary

Under supervision, you will support management, maintain QA records, and contribute to audit reports and corrective actions on various projects, including field and office environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting QA teams and quality-related tasks.
• Familiarity with QA concepts, procedures and standards.
• Ability to work under general supervision and follow standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare quality assurance documents and procedures; assist all levels of division or project personnel in quality related matters.
• Apply comprehensive understanding of QA concepts, principles and methods to projects.
• May perform surveillance and inspections and report results to management.
• Inspect materials and equipment for compliance with purchase orders and quality requirements.
• Plan and execute QA techniques, standards, procedures and policies; devise new approaches as needed.
• Assist in preparing project audit schedules, discipline activity plans and audit reports; note nonconformance and verify corrective action.
• Help develop orientation programs so project teams understand QA requirements.
• Serve as QA lead on small to mid-size projects as assigned.
• Provide technical and administrative direction to non-exempt staff; maintain QA records.
• Support management with QA-related tasks and reporting; perform duties safely and per regulations.
