Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems in Columbus, OH, seeks a QA/QC Supervisor to lead the QA/QC Project Team, set clear expectations, coach and develop direct reports, and ensure First-in Inspection reduces risk and cost from fabrication and installation errors.

You will audit the Project Specific Quality Control Plan, ensure commitments are met, follow SOPs, and collaborate with Project Management to support project success and address quality requirement changes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts analysis, inspection, design, test, and integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
• Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
• Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
• Engages with the General Contractor's Quality Assurance Manager for inspection planning, project compliance, non-conformance management, quality
