Job summary

Southern Ohio Cleanup Company LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance support professional to assist the QA team in preparing documents, conducting inspections, and supporting audit activities. The role involves routine QA tasks, coordination with project personnel, and maintaining QA records on various site projects.

The candidate will perform surveillance and inspections, report findings, and help ensure compliance with purchase orders and QA requirements while adhering to safety policies and site

Qualifications

• The ability to obtain/maintain "L" or "Q" Clearance, or HSPD12 Uncleared badge one year from hire date
• Background Check
• Any site required training

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, performs quality assurance support for the QA team.
• Assists in initial preparation of QA documents and procedures and supports project personnel on QA matters.
• May perform surveillances and inspections and report results to line management.
• May inspect material and equipment for compliance to purchase orders and QA requirements.
• Assists in preparing project audit schedules and audit reports; notes nonconformance and corrective action.
• Assists management in developing an orientation program for QA requirements.
• Acts as a quality program assessor and follows up on assessment findings and corrective actions.
• Maintains project QA records for all phases of the project; provides admin support to management.
• Performs duties that are moderately complex in nature.
• Maintains knowledge of and demonstrates safe work practices and participates in Safety Work Groups.
