Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Principal Project Management (Level 3) or Sr Principal Project Management (Level 4) to join a diverse team in Edwards, CA. The role oversees operational aspects of projects, coordinates between program management, planning, and clients, and leads capture activities for new contracts.

The position requires EVMS and AGILE experience, strong proposal operations skills, and an active Secret DoD clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years PM experience, or Master’s with 0 years; or HS diploma with 10+ years in PM.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and AGILE.
• Experience in proposal operations and development, including Basis of Estimates and historical data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Familiar with risk development and mitigation plans; active Secret DoD clearance.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects; liaison between program management, planning, and clients.
• Lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts and develop capture strategies.
• Monitor progress, schedules, budgets; prepare status reports; drive issue resolution.
• Interact with marketing and external partners to support bid and proposal activities.
