What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive critical projects to successful completion with an impact of over $1M per project
- Engage with Executive Stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
- Coordinate across various organizations and disciplines to manage deliverables
- Provide regular executive updates on project status and progress
- Support Lean Six Sigma training and certification programs through coaching and project oversight

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience directing projects at large companies with international operations
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading process improvement efforts with measurable outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, health, or medical discipline
- Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, with proven project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification is a plus
- MBA or equivalent business knowledge
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions-related projects
- Publication or conference presentation experience in Project Management or related topics is a plus
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle management methodologies is a plus
