Job Description:

Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a great client and a dependable, highly ethical organization? Parsons is looking for a Principal Project Manager for a national design and construction management program. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of design and construction and serve as the main contact with the client. You will be crucial in executing existing projects and developing new ones by ensuring on-schedule completion, staying within or below budget, and meeting contractual obligations.

Responsibilities include supervising Parsons’ staff, building professional relationships with key subcontractors, assigning responsibilities based on team members' qualifications, and aligning project scope changes with client goals and regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of design and construction, monitoring deliverables to meet client criteria, and managing technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the program.

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of project execution and/or program management experience on large scope design and construction projects
• Broad technical and business background
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
• Professional registration as a PE or RA
• Willingness to travel nationally to support clients and project teams

Salary Range: $69.62 - $125.29
