Northrop Grumman is seeking a seasoned project manager to drive execution across multiple IPTs within the Support Equipment OU. The role requires coordinating with program leaders, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and delivering clear variance explanations and change rationales to leadership.

Strong EVMS, communication, and leadership skills are essential. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams, prepare executive presentations, and ensure process adherence while advancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years with a Bachelor's; 3+ years with a Master's; 1 year with PhD. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance or equivalent.
• Experience with requirements development and/or verification planning.
• Strong EVMS knowledge and capability to brief executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and manage between program segments and supporting functional teams.
• Coordinate staffing requirements with program assignment managers.
• Plan, monitor, and control work scope within the program area.
• Review project status and budget; develop resolutions to meet goals and client satisfaction.
• Prepare executive and customer presentations.
