Ladders is seeking a Principal Project Governance Leader to drive enterprise-level governance and portfolio oversight in a remote-capable role.

You will align capital investments with strategy, lead a global PMO, and partner with senior leaders to improve delivery, benefits realization, and prioritization across a $150M portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in PMO, preferably in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading global PMO organizations.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgPgM, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile preferred.
• Experience managing significant capital investments in complex global environments.
• Strong expertise in benefits realization management and business case validation.

• Establish and govern a global portfolio management framework for a $150M capital portfolio.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Project Governance Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape enterprise-level project governance and portfolio oversight across a complex global environment. The person in this position will help align capital investment decisions, project lifecycle standards, and performance tracking to the organization's broader strategy. It is a highly influential leadership role that partners with senior stakeholders to strengthen accountability, improve delivery outcomes, and build organizational capability in benefits realization and prioritization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $122,000 – $196,075 annually
