Job summary

Ladders is seeking a HVS Project Management Leader to shape governance across a multi-site portfolio, emphasizing execution discipline and customer engagement.

This role will drive PMO excellence, improve portfolio visibility, and guide transformation efforts that ensure consistent delivery, while developing PM capability and partnering with executives in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of project management experience in large, complex projects.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment production environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong background in talent development and managing PM communities.

• Oversee execution governance and customer engagement across multiple sites
• Monitor portfolio health and performance indicators for executive visibility
• Drive project management transformation initiatives and tool deployment
• Lead structured assessments of Risks & Opportunities across the portfolio

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a HVS Project Management Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape and strengthen project management governance across a complex, multi-site portfolio, with a strong emphasis on execution discipline and customer engagement.

The leader will drive PMO excellence, improve visibility into portfolio health, and guide transformation efforts that support consistent delivery across the organization.

This position also plays a key role in developing project management capability, leading risk reviews, and partnering closely with executive stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $154,800 – $258,000 annually
