Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in PMO with regulated industries.
• Experience governing enterprise Capex portfolios and prioritizing strategic investments.
• Proven ability to lead global PMO organizations across complex multi-regional environments.

• Define and maintain a global PMO operating model aligned to enterprise strategy.
• Oversee governance, portfolio management, and delivery across a $150M Capex portfolio.
• Lead PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks across regions.

• Drive benefits realization governance and executive reporting linking investment to value.
