We’re seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Splunk's AI and Integrations, crucial for delivering customer value and business growth across platform, security, and observability. This role involves shaping the future of our AI and Splunk-Cisco integrations to strengthen our leadership and momentum.

What We’re Looking For
  • Expert Storyteller: Skilled in positioning and messaging, with a successful track record with IT professionals and leaders.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of AI market trends, competitive landscape, and persona research.
  • Product Launch Experience: Proven success in managing product launches and GTM strategies.
  • Enabling Success: Passionate about empowering sales and partner teams with compelling messaging and content.
Responsibilities
  • Develop positioning and messaging for Splunk AI and Integrations targeting IT professionals and leaders.
  • Equip sales and customer-facing teams with tools, messaging, and training to promote products effectively.
  • Drive global GTM strategy collaboratively across teams.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and persona research, engage with customers and influencers, and analyze trends.
  • Collaborate with CI and Technical Marketing teams for differentiation and demos.
  • Lead messaging, enablement, and marketing plans for product launches and events like Cisco Live and Splunk .conf.
  • Work with product management to gather insights for roadmaps and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales engineering in high-growth B2B software.
  • Proven ability to position B2B products for growth, targeting technical and business decision-makers.
  • Experience in AI, platforms, integrations, observability, or security preferred.
  • Excellent content creation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence executives and build consensus in a dynamic environment.
  • Growth mindset, positive attitude, curiosity, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
