Job summary

Procore Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the Procore Pay team. You will identify, size, and validate new markets and segments to shape product strategy and prove product-market fit before scaling.

You will partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and Payments leadership to turn hypotheses into funded, launched products with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to identify and size new markets and opportunities.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and building buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity assessments for new markets and segments, sizing the opportunity and making a defensible recommendation.
• Validate product-market fit for Procore Pay capabilities in new markets, defining discovery plans and entry criteria.
• Craft vision and briefs for your area, explaining the 'why' with logic for executive scrutiny.
• Break down large initiatives into phased work delivering customer value.
• Lead discovery with customers and stakeholders, synthesizing findings into insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to translate strategy into requirements and assess risks.
• Drive go-to-market readiness with Marketing, Sales, Enablement and Compliance to enable pilots.
• Define outcomes and track progress, communicating results across Procore.
• Mentor product managers and contribute to hiring processes.
