Job summary

Procore Pay is seeking a Principal Product Manager to identify, size, and validate new markets for our payments and compliance products in a high-growth climate. You will partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Payments leadership to turn hypotheses into funded, revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated track record of new market or new product entry and funding.
• Expertise in opportunity assessment, market sizing, and product-market fit validation.
• Expertise with discovery techniques: customer interviews, market/competitive analysis, prototype testing.
• Strong quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work autonomously amid ambiguity and drive progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity assessments for new markets and segments, sizing the opportunity and making a defensible recommendation on entry.
• Validate product-market fit for Procore Pay capabilities in new markets, defining discovery plans and entry criteria.
• Create vision, assessments, and briefs with clear rationale for executives.
