Job summary

Procore is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Civil & Infrastructure, to lead the expansion of its contractor offerings into civil and infrastructure markets. You will own end-to-end strategy, determine pricing and packaging, and partner across product, marketing, sales, and enablement to launch capabilities and drive market adoption.

The role reports to the Director of Product, General Contractors, and is based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including senior or principal level.
• Track record of taking a product or business into a new market from strategy to launch.
• Hands-on pricing and packaging decisions with go-to-market plans alongside marketing and sales.
• Experience in the construction industry or construction tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for civil and infrastructure, including target segments and sequencing investments.
• Bring capabilities to market as they complete development, coordinating with product marketing, sales, and enablement.
• Assess dedicated pricing/packaging needs and lead design and rollout with pricing and revenue teams.
• Build a single cross-platform roadmap across multiple Procore product teams.
