Job summary

BILL is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Embed & Integrations team and own the products that connect BILL to accounting systems used by customers to run their business. You will shape strategy and multi-year roadmaps for Sync, Integrations, and App Center, including ERPs like Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Blackbaud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related professional experience.
• Master's degree with 10+ years of related professional experience.
• PhD with 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience at Principal, Group, or Director level scope: owning a portfolio of related products or a strategically important area.
• Strong product strategy skills, including funded business cases, financial modeling and forecasting with Finance.
• Data fluency: you set goals and forecasts, explain how KPIs drive the business, and use data and experiments to make portfolio decisions.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy for the Integrations ecosystem and build multi-year roadmaps.
• Own discovery with customers, accountants, and partners to frame problems before solutions.
• Define KPIs, goals, and annual forecasts for the portfolio and track results.
• Drive execution from discovery through launch and iteration, managing dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and CX.
