Ladders is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Financial Data to lead the strategy and execution of a new data product for enterprise clients. This remote-US role collaborates with domain experts, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn complex customer needs into scalable data solutions.

You will mentor other product managers, manage priorities and milestones, and ensure deliverables meet market demands.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in fintech, investment research, or financial services
• Proven track record managing complex products with multiple components
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with Notion and Linear
• Data fluent with SQL and LLMs for querying complex datasets
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA or CFA designation preferred

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager, Financial Data to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead the strategy and execution of a new financial data product from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration. You will partner closely with domain experts, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn complex customer needs into scalable data solutions. The position also calls for strong product leadership, including mentorship of other product managers and disciplined management of priorities, milestones, and reporting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually
